Thousands could face losing their home

Over 10,000 households in Waveney, representing almost 25% of the total have a "sub prime loan exposure" and may be now struggling with debt, according to research based on information provided by the credit rating agency, Experian. Thousands of families across Waveney are now exposed to the possibility of losing their home, thanks to the Labour party policy of building our economy on debt. Gordon Brown's record is now one of economic incompetence. First time buyers are suffering from the credit crunch too.
The Conservatives have called for stamp duty to be abolished for first time buyers for homes up to £250,000 and for more help to be given to lenders through better advice and no sudden hikes in mortgage repayments.
Home ownership offers a bedrock of financial security for many people and government incompetence is placing this at risk.
