Expenses

In accordance with my election pledge, until the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority publish details of the expense claims of Members of Parliament, I am posting the expenses I intend to claim in advance of claiming them.

I will not be claiming for my travel to and from or around Waveney.

I will not be claiming for furniture or other items in relation to my rental accommodation in London.

Expenses I intend to claim:

Westminster staffing:
1 x £28000 per annum
1 x £18000 per annum
1 x £7200 per annum

Constituency staffing:
1 x £5000 per annum
1 x £ TBC per annum (full-time staff yet to be recruited)

Pooled staffing:
£3877.50 for 10 May 2010 – 21 March 2011

London accommodation rental:
£243 – 3 nights bed and breakfast accommodation (before rental tenancy agreed)
£59 – 1 night bed and breakfast accommodation (before rental tenancy agreed)
£59 – 1 night bed and breakfast accommodation (before rental tenancy agreed)
£951.90 deposit (to be repaid)
£1,374.97 per month (one bed part-furnished flat)

Website creation and management:
£652 for 1 July – 30 September 2010
