Waveney MP Peter Aldous today signed Early Day Motion 1086 in the House of Commons noting the problems many urban communities have with seagulls.

Mr Aldous meets with residents of Waveney Drive, Lowestoft next week to discuss the issue in detail after receiving a number of complaints about Gulls, including pictures of the mess made by the birds both inside and outside their premises.

Mr Aldous said:

“I have received a number of letters and pictures from residents of the Waveney Drive area who are understandably upset at the mess and disturbance these pest birds are causing. I have signed the Early Day Motion in the House of Commons to flag this issue the Government as well as writing to the relevant Minister and look forward to discussing the problem in detail with local residents.”
