Waveney MP Peter Aldous will tomorrow open a new supported living project in Oulton Broad.

The Dell View Supported living project will provide 24 hour individualised support and enable service users to live as independently as possible at all times. The flats and service have been purposely designed for adults with some physical needs but mainly for those with learning disabilities.

Tenants of the flats will have the opportunity to gain training qualifications in Independent Living (QCF) to enable them to develop a range of personal NOCN and interpersonal skills and possible apprenticeships schemes in partnership with Lowestoft College.
Talking on the day Peter Aldous MP for Waveney said:

“I am honoured to have been invited to such a special event and much enjoyed meeting everyone. The Dell View Project is a fantastic new project for the community in Oulton Broad and I am delighted that such an excellent service will be available to local people and the wider area. I thoroughly enjoyed viewing the state-of-the-art facilities and meeting some of the dedicated team. The service will be a great asset to our local community.”
