Think 111 First Patient Feedback Survey

On December 1st 2020 the Think 111 First campaign was launched to encourage people to call 111 before going to Emergency Departments (ED) for urgent non-emergency care.  The CCG would like to hear from anyone who has visited Emergency Departments in Norfolk and Waveney since December 1st 2020 to find out whether they called 111 before going and how that affected their experience.  You can access the survey here: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/Think111firstpatients/
