Awaze, the parent company of Hoseasons, has announced its decision to develop its Suffolk office in Lowestoft into a national contact centre hub for all of its UK travel brands following a recent business restructure within the organisation.

The news, which will see the initial creation of around 40 new jobs, will turn the site into the business’ contact centre and continue Hoseasons 75-year association with the local area.
