Waveney MP Peter Aldous today commented on the election of Mark Bee as leader of Suffolk County Council.
Mr Aldous said:
“I am pleased to see an experienced hard working and community orientated individual, Mark Bee elected as Leader of Suffolk County Council. I have known Mark for many years and I look forward to working with him to help provide good quality value for money services for Waveney residents. In many cases there is a need to find alternative ways of delivering these services, but it is important to listen to the people of Suffolk and where changes are to be made, then every assistance must be provided in helping local communities and voluntary groups take on new roles.”
