Waveney MP Peter Aldous spent the morning of Armistice Day with the students of Worlingham CEVC Primary School.

 

Mr Aldous joined an assembly for Armistice Day led by the Year 5/6 students and then visited various classrooms, teachers and Council members.

 

Mr Aldous saud of his visit:

“I really enjoyed sharing Remembrance Day with the children of Worlingham Primary School. It’s very important that we teach children to appreciate the values of liberty and freedom and to never forget the sacrifices made by others. I applaud Worlingham Primary School for showing young students how to express gratitude to our veterans past and present.”
